[ubuntu] Burning ISO DVD fails after upgrade to 8.04

Hi All,

My system now fails to burn DVD iso images after upgrading to 8.04. It was all working well with 7.10.
brasero fails as does the old way of right clicking on the file and selecting burn to disk.
Any suggestions please. I have the log from brasero if that would help, it does look like the speed is set very high???

"BraseroGrowisofs stderr: /dev/scd0: "Current Write Speed" is 16.4x1352KBps."
